WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

For orders over €50.00, standard shipping is free for you. The estimated delivery time is shown in the checkout and in your order confirmation – it can vary depending on the item, shipping service provider, or high order volume. Please understand that we have no influence over the shipping duration after handover to the shipping service provider. However, this is usually around 3 business days.

As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your package online at any time:

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, France, Netherlands, Poland and Slovenia. Expansion to other countries is possible at any time. However, we currently only deliver to the specified shipping locations.

Delivery is generally from Monday to Saturday by our country-specific carriers.
