How can I return my order?
The free return label is included in your package. If it is not present, please contact our customer service at shop@indicode.com to receive a new one. Please remove all labels from the package or make them unrecognisable before returning it.
Please note that we have no influence on how long it takes for your return to reach us. Depending on the shipping service provider, this can take 5–7 business days. You can track your return yourself at any time with your proof of postage. Once the package has reached us, we need approximately 2–3 business days to process and refund your order.
The item does not meet my expectations. How can I complain about it?
If you are not satisfied with an item or would like to submit a complaint, we will be happy to help you. However, please note: screen displays can differ slightly in color from the original, and since we develop our collections semi-annually, there may be small differences in seams or fabric composition. Slight pulled threads are normal and not a direct reason for a complaint.
If you do not like an item, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, undamaged, and fully labeled.
For genuine complaints, please send us your order number and meaningful photos to shop@indicode.com. We will then review the case individually in accordance with legal provisions.
